If you have to draw just one lesson from the Ertugrul series, transcending the many implausibilities and soap opera twists, let it be this:
Having a tribe does not stifle you from beneficial action and enactment of the Din, quite the opposite, it enables it;
and it does not prevent you from genuine solicitude for the other communal aggregates, in fact, having a face (qaf-ba’-lam) allows you to recognise theirs and care for it.
